Leap Power is an emerging and dynamic company providing an excellent growth opportunity for a seasoned SVP to lead global sales. We are a rapidly growing company who provides best-in-class distributed power generation products, with a focus on telecom solutions. This sales leadership role is a senior position with an opportunity to be a part of a pre IPO company with attractive equity and stock options. This individual will be responsible for managing and generating sales through service providers and indirect channels in AP and EMEA regions. Minimum 15 years of experience in selling telecommunications power, power generation or related products to service providers in AP & EMEA.

Familiarity with generators, power systems, solar power, fuel cell power systems and/or UPS is preferred.

Proven track record in indirect channel management and OEMs.

Bachelor’s degree and MBA are desired.

Demonstrated history of sales positions in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments requiring innovation, flexibility, and the ability to work cross regions is required.

Strong analytical, time management, prioritization and planning skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Computer skills, including spreadsheets, PowerPoint style presentation software and word processing programs.
